Swapping your home

Is your home too big? Or maybe you’d like a change of scenery? Live closer to friends or family? Did you know you can swap homes with another tenant with a Scottish Secure Tenancy?

Rechargeable repairs

If we carry out a repair that is classed as being your responsibility, we will ask you to pay back the cost of the repair. The following sections outline some of the occasions where this may occur.

Our team have been working hard behind the scenes to get the online portal ready, making it easier and quicker for new applicants to apply for a home with Trust and reducing paper use.
