Pay your factoring
There’s lots of different ways you can pay your factoring bill find out how to pay in a way that suits you and how we can support you.

Pay Now Owner services

How can I pay my factoring bill?

You are obliged to pay your share of the common charges listed in your factoring invoice under the terms of the Deed of Conditions for your area and/or building.
Full payment of this invoice is due within 30 days of receipt.  If you are having difficulty paying the invoice in full and/or wish to make a payment arrangement to pay in instalments please contact your Customer Partner, Carly Monaghan, on 01698 377223 carlym@trustha.org.uk, WDH@TrustHA.org.uk within the 30 days to discuss a suitable payment arrangement. 
If you do not make full payment of your factoring invoice or agree a payment arrangement, we reserve the right to take further action (including legal action) for recovery of all monies as per our Debt Recovery procedures.
Please note, we can no longer accept any cash payments at the office. 
If you intend to sell your property please advise us as soon as possible.  Failure to do so may mean that you are still held liable for factoring charges incurred after the sale. 
Our Scottish Property Factor Registration Number is PF000333. 

Direct Debit - Please note a Direct Debit can be discussed with your Customer Partner, should you wish to arrange a repayment plan for your factoring balance.  Please contact Carly Monaghan, carlym@trustha.org.uk, 01698 377223 for further information.

  • Allpayments App - You can pay your factoring bill using the Allpayments App, which you can download onto your device free from the app store.
  • Online - You can also pay online via the Allpayments website, available here.
  • Calling Allpayments - You can phone Allpay directly to pay if you wish, the number is 0330 041 6497.
  • Payment card – Allpaypments payment cards can be used at any post office counter and shop displaying the PayPoint logo. If you don't have a card and would like one just let us know.

You will require a copy of your PRN number to make payment through Allpayments, you can retrieve this number by contacting your Customer Partner, Carly Monaghan, on 01698 377223 carlym@trustha.org.uk, WDH@TrustHA.org.uk

Payment of your invoice can be made by: 

BACS payment.  All payments can be paid direct to Trust Housing Association. Bank Details: Royal Bank of Scotland  

Account No:  83 06 08 

Sort Code:     21 42 61 40 

Please ensure you include your correct payment reference.

This can be found as highlighted ‘payment reference’ on your invoice at the top right hand corner. 

Over the phone by calling 01698 377200 or 01698 377223 during office hours and paying by debit card.  

What should I do if I'm struggling to pay my factoring bill?

If you’re having problems paying your factoring bill or you're struggling financially, it's important that you talk to us as soon as possible - you should contact your Customer Partner in the first instance Carly Monaghan, 01698 377 223, carlym@trustha.org.uk.

If you’re having trouble paying your factoring bill, we can visit you to offer advice and discuss repayment options. 

Money & Benefit Advice

If you are experiencing problems with your income or benefits, then free and impartial debt advice is available from Motherwell and Wishaw Citizens Advice Bureau on 0808 1969180 or from North Lanarkshire Council’s Money Advice Service on 01698 332551.
