In the case of an emergency, you can call us out of hours on 0345 604 4686 via our Hanover call centre. Customers living in our former Wishaw & District Housing homes can call 01698 377 200 - for out of hours emergency repairs related to heating and hot water up to 8pm select option 1. For all other emergency repairs please select option 2.

Our Glasgow and Arran offices are by appointment only.

We recommend that you make an appointment before visiting any of our offices if you wish to speak with a specific member of the team, we can often be working out of the office visiting customers in their home so may not always be available when you drop in.

Home visits and evening appointments or calls can be arranged if you are unable to come into the office and/or unable to call during our normal office hours.
