If you are a sole tenant you can request to change your tenancy to a joint tenancy. To be eligible the new proposed joint tenant needs to meet some simple requirements.

We provide guest rooms at most of our developments where we have employees on site. They’re mainly for tenants and their families to use, however other groups can also use them.
