Board & AGM Update

1st October 2022
We were delighted to appoint Dr Norval Bryson as our new Chair at the AGM earlier this month. Norval, who joined the Board at last year's AGM, is a qualified Actuary with a wealth of expertise from a career in senior roles, latterly as Finance Director of a mutual insurance company.

Trust Delivers on its Promise with 42 Affordable Homes in Wishaw Town Centre

We formally celebrated the completion of our new build project in Park Place, Wishaw, at an event attended by Clare Adamson MSP, Trust’s CEO, Rhona McLeod, and Trust’s Vice Chair, Gordon Laurie, on Wednesday 1st March 2023.

Subletting

Subletting is essentially when you let a part or the whole of your property to another person, who effectively then becomes a sub tenant.

Pets

We understand that many households benefit from keeping a pet. Unless there is good reason, we will be happy to welcome your pet into your home.

The relationship between our customers and our Customer Partners is the most important in the business. Our Partners, supported by colleagues, are empowered and accountable for making sure your receive the best possible service.

Adding a person to your tenancy

If you are a sole tenant you can request to change your tenancy to a joint tenancy. To be eligible the new proposed joint tenant needs to meet some simple requirements.
