Volunteer with us

Looking for a new interest or opportunity? Want to give something back, or maybe get some experience for your CV? Why not spend some time volunteering for us here at Trust to support local people in your community?

Mid Market Rent Housing

Mid Market Rent is a type of affordable housing for households with modest incomes who want to rent a new home for the long term, with rent levels set below the usual market rent for the area.

General Needs Housing

General Needs housing is suitable for anyone aged 16 or older with a range of property sizes suitable for single people, couples and families.

Benefits advice service

We offer simple clear advice, support and guidance on the benefits you may be entitled to claim.

Tenancy succession

Succession is when a tenancy is passed to another household member in the event of the death of the main tenant. There are limitations on the household members who can succeed.

Subletting

Subletting is essentially when you let a part or the whole of your property to another person, who effectively then becomes a sub tenant.

Pets

We understand that many households benefit from keeping a pet. Unless there is good reason, we will be happy to welcome your pet into your home.

Your Customer Partner

The relationship between our customers and our Customer Partners is the most important in the business. Our Partners, supported by colleagues, are empowered and accountable for making sure your receive the best possible service.
