Trust announce a further £3m investment to help improve Arran homes’ energy efficiency
Trust Housing Association, Arran’s largest social housing provider, recently completed two major packages of improvement works in 2024 and have now announced a further phase of investment is to follow in 2025.
91 homes have already been fitted with new energy efficient double-glazed windows and doors, with 57 homes also benefiting from multi-measure energy efficiency upgrades. Both packages of works have significantly enhanced the energy efficiency of these homes, helping Trust customers to reduce their energy consumption and costs.
