Change to ‘Out of Hours’ Repair Reporting

Trust has recently been through a competitive procurement process for our telecare alarm receiving services. The outcome of the process is that we are moving from Hanover Telecare to Bield Response 24 (BR24). The new contract with BR24 will formally start from, 27th May 2025.

Looking after your home

As your landlord, there are lots of things we are responsible for to make sure we're delivering quality, safe and compliant homes. As a tenant, it's important for you to know you have some responsibilities too.

How to apply

There are different ways of applying for our homes, depending on where you want to live and what type of housing you need. Don't worry, we're here to help you through it!

Ending your tenancy

We strive to deliver 10/10 experiences but appreciate that sometimes people need to move to be closer to family, friends or employment and we like to make it as simple as possible for customers to end their tenancy.

Trust starts work on new affordable homes on the Isle of Arran

26th April 2026
Construction has officially begun on a new affordable housing development at Springbank, Brodick, where Trust Housing Association are delivering 26 new homes for social rent in partnership with The JR Group, helping meet local housing need on the Isle of Arran.

Our talented people go above and beyond every day to serve our customers - we have over 720 full and part-time employees working across the length and breadth of Scotland. Our teams are led and supported by an experienced Executive Team and Board.

Owner services

We provide factoring services to over 380 owners. We arrange and carry out necessary works to the common parts to all developments on behalf of all the owners in order to keep them well maintained.
