Trust Housing Association is delighted to have acquired a further six new build three-bed semi-detached family homes within Lovell Partnerships’ ‘Glow Garren’ development in Hamilton.

Trust Housing Association, Arran’s largest social housing provider, recently completed two major packages of improvement works in 2024 and have now announced a further phase of investment is to follow in 2025. 91 homes have already been fitted with new energy efficient double-glazed windows and doors, with 57 homes also benefiting from multi-measure energy efficiency upgrades. Both packages of works have significantly enhanced the energy efficiency of these homes, helping Trust customers to reduce their energy consumption and costs.
