What are the monthly charges?

Rent 
The monthly rent varies depending on the size and type of property, plus additional features, such as an extra bathroom or private gardens. The average rent for a double bedroom flat is £635 per month. 
Service Charges 
Service charges cover additional services not included in rent, such as on-site staff who support your housing needs; heating charge which general covers heating and hot water in your home; lighting and heating in communal areas; upkeep of communal grounds; and cleaning of shared spaces 
A meals service is provided at this development. The average cost is £583 per month, which includes one mail meal and one light meal per day for each customer.
