Fen Place, Whiting Bay

Fen Place, Whiting Bay , North Ayrshire, KA27 8RA
Later Living Housing, Amenity Housing

Fen Place is set in the village of Whiting Bay, three miles south of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran. Brodick and the rest of Arran can be easily accessed by local bus services and a regular ferry runs from Brodick to Ardrossan, from which Glasgow is only another hour away by train.

Overlooking the sea, this third largest village on the island (after Lamlash and Brodick) has been a popular seaside resort since the late 19th century. It thrives on a great variety of accommodation and a wide selection of places to eat.

Fen Place provides islanders with affordable rented housing and, in doing so, greatly contributes to the success of the island’s businesses, schools and communities. We are the biggest landlord on Arran. We have General Needs homes in the villages of Brodick, Lamlash, Whiting Bay, Kilmory, Shiskine, Pirnmill and Corrie.

This development comprises of 14 one bedroom bungalows.
