Kinloch Court, Blackwaterfoot

Kinloch Court, Blackwaterfoot, North Ayrshire, KA27 8EF
Later Living Housing, Amenity Housing

The Isle of Arran on the Firth of Clyde hosts many villages, mostly along the coastline of the island. Kinloch Court is set in the small village of Blackwaterfoot on the southwest coast of Arran. Blackwaterfoot has a small harbour and golden beach overlooking the impressive Kilbrannan Sound. Brodick (10 miles away) and the rest of Arran can be easily accessed by local bus services, and a regular ferry runs from Brodick to Ardrossan, from which Glasgow is only another hour away by train.

These peaceful cottages provide islanders with affordable rented housing and, in doing so, greatly contributes to the success of the island’s businesses, schools and communities. We are the biggest landlord on Arran. We have General Needs homes in the villages of Brodick, Lamlash, Whiting Bay, Kilmory, Shiskine, Pirnmill and Corrie.

This development comprises of 10 one bedroom bungalows.
