Fair Work First

13th March 2024
The Scottish Government has introduced a policy entitled ‘Fair Work First’ designed to ‘drive high quality and fair work, and workforce diversity across the labour market in Scotland.’

Equality, diversity & inclusion

Fair Work First

We feel that the principles of Fair Work First fully align with our values, who we are as an organisation, and why we have been accredited as an Investors in People Platinum employer.

Paying your rent

There’s lots of different ways you can pay your rent, find out how to pay your rent in a way that suits you and how we can support you.

Owner services

We provide factoring services to over 380 owners who live in our mixed tenure developments. We arrange to carry out the necessary works to the common parts on developments on behalf of all residents in order to keep them well maintained.

Benefits advice service

We offer simple clear advice, support and guidance on the benefits you may be entitled to claim.

Subletting

Subletting is essentially when you let a part or the whole of your property to another person, who effectively then becomes a sub tenant.

Your Customer Partner

The relationship between our customers and our Customer Partners is the most important in the business. Our Partners, supported by colleagues, are empowered and accountable for making sure your receive the best possible service.

Anti-social behaviour

Everyone has the right to feel safe and secure in their own home - we want anyone living in or around a Trust home to be able to go about their day-to-day life without fear or feeling upset, scared or intimidated.
