Trust appoints Craig Vesey as new Head of Development & Sustainability

Trust has appointed Craig Vesey as its new Head of Development & Sustainability, with the appointment taking effect from 11th May 2026. 

Craig joins Trust from McTaggart Construction, bringing wide-ranging sector experience from his time there and in previous senior development roles, including spells at two of the largest national social landlords in Scotland.   

This comes at a time when Trust is developing an ambitious programme of affordable housing delivery across the country.  In his new role, Craig will lead Trust’s new build development and remodelling activities and drive forward its sustainability and decarbonisation plans.   

Craig's appointment further strengthens Trust’s leadership capacity as it transitions towards a new 5-year strategy period, with ambitions to continue to grow its development pipeline and embed net zero principles across its operations.
