2. Start your application

Once you log in, you'll notice an 'apply for housing' button. Click this button to launch your application.

3. Answer Questions

You must enter your current address, details of any other person who would be moving with you, the arears you are interested in moving to and the type of property you are interested in. You'll also need to answer a series of questions to help us assess which type of housing would be suitable for you.
You can save your application and return to it at any time.

4. Upload any documents (optional)

Here you can upload documents to support your application if you have any. For example, if you have a Power of Attorney, it's really helpful if you can upload a copy of that for us.

5. Submit

Based on your answers, you'll be awarded a points score. We will review your answers and make sure you've got the right amount of points and that everything is filled in properly. Once we're happy everything is right, we will add you to our waiting lists.

When one of our homes becomes available, we will run a shortlist against it. If the home is a good match for you, you'll appear on this shortlist. These lists are ordered by the number of points each suitable applicant has which helps us prioritise needs.

Our Customer Experience team will work their way down the list, contacting applicants to see if the home is of interest, arranging viewings and making offers.

Please note that you cannot apply for our homes in North Lanarkshire or North Ayrshire, or Mid-Market Rent and some of our Later Living homes, using the online portal.

Can't complete online?

If you're unable to complete your application online we have other options available for you, they may just take us a little longer to process. Find out more by clicking the button below.
