Annual Assurance Statement
Each year, all landlords must declare to the Scottish Housing Regulator that they have met the Regulatory Standards and Requirements. This is a new process which started for 2018/19.

Annual Return of the Charter
All landlords must report their results every May to the Scottish Housing Regulator www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk. The Scottish Housing Regulator then produces an annual report so you can see how we compare against other landlords. This report is published annually in August and is available on the Regulator’s website.
Care Inspectorate Reports
Trust services that provide care and support must be registered with the Care Inspectorate - the National Regulatory body for care services in Scotland.
They inspect the quality of care in Scotland to ensure it meets high standards, and support services to make improvements and positive changes when needed.

Trust Performance Report
With help from our tenants we also assess our own performance and publish an annual Performance Report by October each year.
Tenants get involved with designing the report every year. We always aim to make sure that our reports are easy to read and include all the key information. We also make sure that our tenants know where they can find their latest copy.

Our Complaints Performance
From the 1st April 2021, the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) requires all Registered Social Landlords to publish complaints handling performance annually on their website. Please see below for our latest annual report:

Wishaw & District Housing
From 1st December 2019, Wishaw & District Housing Association ceased to exist as an independent housing association and became part of Trust Housing Association. The last Annual Return of the Charter to the Scottish Housing Regulator was for the financial year 2018/19. You can read their most recent performance report below:
