Under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, Scottish Secure Tenants and Short Scottish Secure Tenants have a right to have small urgent repairs carried out by their landlord within a given timescale.

Trust secures £10m funding boost to provide affordable homes across Scotland

Trust has secured a £10m loan from Royal Bank of Scotland to provide affordable, energy efficient homes for customers across the country, from Stornoway to Stranraer.

Trust purchases 101 new homes
