Area/Service Managers

Each Trust development has an Area and Service Manager and part of their role is to help support tenants in relation to their tenancies. 

Area and Service Managers fulfil a wide role including:

 

  • Aspects of rent management. 

  • Aspects of void management. 

  • Anti-social behaviour issues.  

  • Complaints.  

  • Monitoring staffing budgets. 

  • Arranging and participating in development meetings. 

  • Liaising with other departments.  

  • Recruitment and monitoring of staff. 

  • Monitoring of Care and support management. 

  • Responding to queries and calls.  

How to contact your Area/Service Manager:

 

Area and Service Managers have a programme of visits throughout the year to developments and can meet with tenants individually or as a group. They are always keen to hear the views of tenants and their families.
