Trust Shortlisted For Investors In People Platinum Employer Of The Year 2022

4th October 2022

We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the award for Platinum Employer of the Year in the Investors in People (IIP) Awards 2022.

The IIP Awards celebrate the very best organisations and individuals from around the world across various organisational, people, wellbeing and leadership categories. Each year hundreds of organisations from across the UK and abroad battle it out to take home one of the sought after trophies to show their award-winning commitment to #MakeWorkBetter. The winners will be announced at an event in London in mid-November.

Rhona McLeod, Trust's CEO, commented: "It is a privilege to be shortlisted for this award. To be shortlisted against other organisations across a variety of sectors is a huge achievement and something we should all be very proud of. It reflects the outstanding people and teams who work for Trust and go above and beyond every day for our customers, and the changes we are delivering through our bold business strategy, the Time is Now."

Sarah Holland, Head of People & OD, added: "This is fantastic recognition of the hard work and effort that everyone has put in over recent years - particularly through the Covid pandemic – to put our customers at heart of everything we do and to make Trust a great place to work."

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: "In what has been the biggest and most competitive year so far, it always makes me feel immensely proud to see so many fantastic organisations and individuals staking their claim to be the best. And every year, the entries do get more and more competitive and the judging even tighter. Reaching the final shortlist is a testament to the amazing commitment these organisations are making to make work better for their people, and they truly deserve this recognition.”
