Please note that our offices will close over the festive period from 2pm on Friday 23rd December 2022 and will re-open again at 9am on Wednesday 4th January 2023. If you urgently need to contact us during this period:
- Customers who live in one of our staffed developments can speak to a member of their development team when staff are on site or phone our main number 0131 444 1200 - and press option 1 to report an emergency repair.
- Customers who have an alarm system can pull their cord or activate their pendent to speak with Hanover.
- Customers living in our Wishaw & District Housing homes can call 01698 377 200. For out of hours emergency repairs related to heating and hot water up to 8pm select option 1. For all other emergency repairs please select option 2
- All other customers can call our out of hours number - 0345 604 4686 - to report an emergency repair. Alternatively, you can phone our main number - 0131 444 1200 - and press option 1 to report an emergency repair.
If you have a non urgent matter and you're happy for us to call you back in the new year, call 0131 444 1200 and select option 2 to leave a voicemail.
