Gail Celebrates 30-Years at Trust
Our Director of Customer Experience, Gail Gourlay, recently celebrated 30-years of exceptional service working for Trust ... and also shared her decision to take early retirement in Spring 2023 and spend more time with family and friends!
Gail Joined Trust in 1993 from City of Edinburgh Council and the milestone was marked at an event last week with grateful thanks from everyone for the contribution Gail has made over three decades.
Rhona McLeod, CEO, said: "We were delighted to mark the many qualities and successes Gail has brought to Trust over the past 30 years. We will greatly miss those very things when her retirement date arrives.
"Gail always goes the extra mile to do the right thing by Trust, our customers and her colleagues. She takes people with her and is a great ambassador for Trust, and despite all of that is an extremely modest person.
"It is so very true to say that Gail lives and breathes our values and has been absolutely key in ensuring that whatever changes have been made over the years the culture, heart and soul of Trust as a caring place to work has been protected and cherished."
