Our Supported & Very Sheltered Housing service is designed specifically with older people in mind and is available for anyone over the age of 60, or younger applicants with housing support needs.

What is Supported & Very Sheltered Housing?

Supported & Very Sheltered Housing service is designed specifically with older people in mind and is available for anyone over the age of 60, or younger applicants with housing support needs.

Supported & Very Sheltered housing is designed to support customers to continue to live as independently as possible with housing support, while living in a friendly community of like minded individuals and having the peace of mind that comes with knowing you have a full time onsite team should you need them, typically from 8am-10pm (can vary locally).

Our on-site team can help support you with advice and guidance, completion of forms, and connecting with other services. The Co-ordinator will also maintain safety and security in the building and carry out regular checks to give our customers peace of mind.

Our lounges offer customers spaces to meet, to socialise and make use of shared facilities.
