Housing for older people
Trust offers a range of five different types of housing for older people, depending on an individual's support and care needs. Applicants should normally be aged 60 and over but Trust Housing Association will consider younger applicants depending on demand for accommodation.
Trust's Amenity housing consists of self-contained flats or houses for households where at least 1 person is aged over 60 years.
The support and care in the following services is regulated by the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care (the Care Commission), who inspect our services on an annual basis. The Inspection Reports are available to the public.
Trust's Sheltered housing consists of self-contained flats or houses for households that need regular support, where at least 1 person is aged over 60 years.
Trust's Very Sheltered housing consists of self-contained flats or houses for households that need more regular support than Sheltered housing can provide, where at least 1 person is aged over 60 years.
Trust's Supported housing consists of self-contained flats or houses for households that need more regular support than Very Sheltered housing can provide, where at least 1 person is aged over 60 years.
Trust's Care Homes provides personal care and daily living support within well-designed safe and comfortable environment.
