Our Services
The comprehensive management of the stock is provided by a team of 4 staff located in the new office at Springbank, Brodick, comprising of a Manager, a Housing & Property Officer, 2 Housing & Property Assistants. This is the first purpose built Housing Office to be provided for the tenants on Arran where there are facilities to pay rent, report repairs and personally check the progress of their housing application. In addition we provide an advice service and deal with a whole range of enquiries from private tenants, holiday makers/day-trippers etc.
