Trust's main activity is to provide a range of five different types of housing for rent, depending on an individual's support and care needs, for people over the age of 60.

We also provide a smaller number of homes for families and single people of any age.  Some of these are rented, some are Shared Ownership and we are keen to start to offer homes through the new Homestake (Shared Equity) scheme.
