Trust Housing Association held its first ever tenants conference24th August 2007
Trust Housing Association held its first ever tenants conference, chaired by Bob McDougall, Chief Executive, on Thursday 16th August at the Hilton Strathclyde Hotel. The event, which was attended by tenants from all over Scotland, was extremely successful. The conference got off to a good start when it was opened by David Blair, Chairman of the Association . The tenants thoroughly enjoyed the day and attended sessions on grant funding, vulnerable adults, pension services and the RNID. At the end of this very busy day tenants left the conference with a smile on their face and a spring in their step after participating in a session about fun and laughter in everyday activities.
Commenting on the day's success, Director of Customer Services, George Veryan, said " We are delighted at the response from our tenants, some travelling over 500 miles round trip to attend!"
