Responsible to: Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator
Job Summary:
The Cleaner is appointed as a member of the Development’s staff team. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the Development is cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To be aware of the policies of Trust Housing Association to the extent that these policies affect the complex.
- To ensure the pursuance of the aims and objectives of the complex.
- To work under supervision of the Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator and to liaise with other staff members.
- To be responsible for the cleaning of the development.
- To ensure that the cleaning of the Development is maintained at a high standard
- To ensure that the Development is maintained in a safe and hygienic manner at all times
- To be prepared to undergo any appropriate training
- To undertake any other relevant duties as are considered appropriate to the post.
