Trust Housing Association aims to provide a first class service but there may be occasions when you’re not happy about something. Trust has a complaints process through which we deal with expressions of dissatisfaction, or instances in which there has been a service failure. We welcome the opportunity to address your complaints and encourage you to use this on line facility to make your concerns known to us. However, if you do not wish to express dissatisfaction about the Association and have a more general comment or suggestion, please use the Comments & Suggestions section of the website to give us your views.
