George Veryan, Director of Customer Services and Depute Chief ExecutiveHas been employed with the Association since 1992, holding posts of Regional Housing Manager and Acting Director of Housing and Care, before commencing his present post in June 2004.He has worked in housing since 1974, holding various posts with Scottish Homes (formerly SSHA) before joining Trust. Prior to working in housing he was employed in the electrical engineering industry.He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and former Scottish Branch Committee member. He is a former member and Chair of Thistle Housing Association (Scottish Homes stock transfer association in Toryglen, Glasgow).
Jack Marshall, Director of Financial Services (from April 2007)Jack has worked in Finance since 1974, holding a variety of posts with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (1974 to 1979) and South Yorkshire County Council (1979 to 1984), moving to Glanford Borough Council (1984 to 1993) as Economic Development Accountant, Nithsdale District Council (1993 to 1996) as Finance Manager, Dumfries and Galloway Council (1996 to 2007) initially as Head of Housing Finance and IT and finally as Service Manager - Accountancy.
Jack is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Mary PritchardManager, Isle of Arran Homes, Trust Housing Association October 2009 to date. Joined IoAH, Trust Housing Association as Housing & Property Officer in December 2005 from East Dorset Housing Association. Has worked in housing for 17 years holding various positions within housing services.
Kenny Nicholson, Director of Corporate Services • Head of HR & Corporate Services and previously HR Manager, Trust Housing Association (July 1999 to date).
• Previous HR positions with various local authorities over a period of 11 years, including Renfrew District Council, South Somerset District Council, Lothian Regional Council, City of Edinburgh Council and Stirling Council.
• MA and Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Gail Gourlay, Head of CustomerServices
Gail, who has responsibility for the Housing Services section of the Customer Services Department, joined Trust Housing Association in 1992. She commenced her career in Housing with the City of Edinburgh Council in 1985 as a Management Trainee.
David McIndoe, Director of Property and DevelopmentJoined Trust HA in June 2006, from Cube Housing Association where he was Head of Projects Services from 2000 to 2006.
A Chartered Building Surveyor of 22 years experience, has operated within the Public, Professional and Contracting Sectors of the Construction Industry, from Design Team to Director Level.
Breadth of experience covering development and building maintenance, project management and contracting, as well as professional surveying services.
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors ( Building Surveying Division ).
Jennifer Wallace, Supported Housing Manager.Jenny joined Trust in December 2008, she comes to Trust with a variety of experiences within community care services. Jenny started her career in 1996 as a Registered General Nurse and District Nurse in Angus then moved into the management of care at home services in 2003 and served both within a Local Authority and Private Provider setting in the West of Scotland.
