Pam RusselPam Russell

Pam is currently Chair of Trust

A qualified accountant and Director of Corporate Services with Blackwood with over 20 years experience of most aspects of social housing, in particular finance, human resources, health and safety and administration.

Ian HowieIan Howie

Ian is currently Convenor of the Strategy Sub Committee of Trust

Retired Chief Executive from local government with 37 years experience in finance and housing sectors of which 25 years at Chief Officer level.

Walter ClarksonWalter Clarkson

Walter is currently Convenor of the Operations Sub Committee of Trust

Executive Director of development and asset management with Cairn Housing Association and has worked with Cairn for 16 years.  Walter has always worked in the social housing sector, having spent 10 years with the Housing Corporation in Scotland/Scottish Homes and Gowrie HA in Dundee.  Member of Board since 2003.

John SillarsJohn Sillars

John is currently Convenor of Isle of Arran Homes which is a formal Sub Committee of Trust

North Ayrshire Councillor for Arran for eight years.  Chaired the steering group with Council/Kirk Care/Community/Tenants representation which led to the takeover of council housing stock on Arran, and the formation of Isle of Arran Homes which I currently Chair.

Paul HarperPaul Harper
Partner in Litigation Development of Lindsays, Solicitors, with more than 10 years experience of acting for housing associations primarily advising on tenant related issues.
Bill IrvineBill Irvine
Has 30 years experience, operating in a number of senior posts in both public and private sectors. He was Head of Housing Services at one of Scotland's largest councils, was also freelance tutor to CIH and SFHA in relation to benefits, revenues matters for some 15 years. Recently, he was Managing Director of a company providing services in public sector market-place

Retired civil servant previously extensive experience of local authority and housing association management spanning over 35 years.
Ian CrawfordIan Crawford
Ian is a retired NHS Manager who has managed Mental Health and Learning Disabilities services and a major hospital site in Glasgow, Stobhill Hospital. Since retirement he does tour guiding for the National Trust, Custody Visiting for Lothian and Borders Police Board, psychology studies for Edinburgh University and is a Board member, Nurses Benevolent Fund for Scotland.
Lilias DunlopLILIAS DUNLOP
Prior to my retirement as Director of a Housing Association I had spent over twenty-five years working as a housing professional. I consider myself fortunate, despite on occasions having issues to resolve in the ever changing environment of housing to have enjoyed the variety and challenges the work presented.

I now devote my time to travelling, maintaining homes in Scotland and Spain and working on a voluntary basis for an organisation assisting adults and children with learning difficulties.

I also serve on the Management Board of a small community based Housing Association.
Alison FlynnAlison Flynn
Alison has many years of experience working with RSLs in Scotland. She currently lives in Glasgow and is a Project Manager for an IT company providing online training tools and case management systems for local authorities and housing providers. Alison also works with a company which produces corporate films.
Heather PearsonHeather Pearson
Heather is a Partner and Head of the Social Housing and Regeneration department of HBJ Gateley Wareing, Solicitors with particular experience in healthcare, development and property finance.
Kate VincentKate Vincent
Prior to joining the senior civil service, Kate worked for sportscotland first as Director of Communications and then Director of Corporate Strategy. Kate joined the Scottish Government in 2002 with a variety of posts. In 2004 Kate led the 21st Century Social Work Review, resulting in the Changing Lives report which set out a new direction for social work services in Scotland to meet the whole needs of individuals and families. In November 2007 just after Glasgow was awarded the Commonwealth Games for 2014 Kate was appointed as Head of Sport and Deputy Director of Public Health and Wellbeing in the Scottish Government. In the same year Kate, worked in the Permanent Secretary’s Office where she led on the development of the National Performance Framework. Kate has an MBA from the Open University.
